Hi guys! Today I want to show you how to add pages to your digital planner. As you may know, I sell digital planners on Etsy. These now come with customizable sections and extra pages that you can add to the sections or throughout your planner. Today I’m going to show you exactly how to do that in Goodnotes. So first, you’re going to want to open up your digital planner on your device and navigate to the page you want to place the new content and duplicate this page. To duplicate a page in GoodNotes, click the four squares icon at the top left, find the page you want to duplicate and click the arrow under it and select duplicate. This will duplicate the page. Now go to the original page that you want to put the new content on.
Now navigate to the Dropbox files that come with your planner and find the new page (we’ll call it “content” throughout this tutorial to make things less confusing) you want to add to your planner. Click the three dots at the top right of the file on Dropbox, then select “export” and select “copy image.”
Now go back to your digital planner. On the page you want to add the content to, click the edit button (the pencil with the swirl around it in the top right). Now press and hold anywhere on the page until a menu pops up. Then select “paste.”
Now you just need to resize it to fit the page. Do this by dragging the arrows around to make it fit the page. Once the content is placed where you want it, simply click out of it. If you’re ready to write on it, select the pen tool and you’re good to go. If you need to move it around later, simply select the photo tool again and click on the content you want to move/change.
