They are able to be used for commercial purposes as long as they are changed significantly and not sold in a form that competes with the product. (If you buy digital papers, you are NOT able to edit them and sell them as digital papers. However, you CAN buy digital papers and use them as a texture of letters within an image you plan to sell, etc.)
