Hi guys, today I want to show you how to import and use digital stickers in a couple different planner apps you may be using: Goodnotes or Notability. It’s super easy and fun to use stickers to personalize your digital planner. I do sell digital planner stickers in my Etsy shop which you can check out HERE.
Goodnotes (import all at once)
If you purchased your stickers from me, your Dropbox link included a Goodnotes file that contains all of your stickers making using the stickers super easy. Simply download the file from Dropbox by clicking the three dots in the top right corner, then click “export,” then “open in” and find your Goodnotes icon and select that. This will open Goodnotes and it will ask you if you want to import to current document (if one is open) or import as new document. Click “import as new document.” Your sticker book is now saved in Goodnotes.

To use your stickers, find the one you want to use. Select the edit icon in the top right corner (pencil with the swirl around it), select your lasso tool (make sure “images” is selected), then draw a circle within your sticker you want to use. (NOTE: you don’t have to perfectly outline your sticker, just a quick circle within your sticker will do the trick while being sure to keep from selecting other stickers accidentally.) Once you’ve drawn your circle within your sticker, click within the circle and a menu will pop up. Select “copy.” Now open your file that you want to place the sticker within and find the page where you want the sticker. Now press and hold anywhere on the page until a menu pops up. Select “paste.” Now just move your sticker where you want it. You can also resize it by dragging the side and corner boxes inward or outward.

Goodnotes or Notability (import individual stickers)
For apps other than Goodnotes, you have to import stickers individually. To do this, find the sticker you want to use on Dropbox. Click the three dots in the top right. Click “export” then click “copy image.”

Now go to your app you have your file in and go to the page you want to place your sticker. Now we just need to paste the sticker. This is a little different for each app.
- For Goodnotes: Click the edit icon (pencil with the swirl around it) to edit your page. Now press and hold anywhere on the page until a menu pops up. Then select “paste.” Now just move your sticker where you want it. You can also resize it by dragging the side and corner boxes inward or outward.

- For Notability: Click the scissor icon at the top. Then press and hold anywhere on the page until a menu pops up. Select “paste image.” Now you’ll see your sticker on the page. Now you just need to resize by dragging the squares in the corners. You can also move it around your page by clicking on the sticker itself and dragging it to where you want it.

It’s as easy as that! Feel free to check out my other tutorials and check out my Etsy shop where you can find tons of stickers and planners.
